Extensions & New Builds
From single storey extensions to full new build projects, we plan and deliver the whole thing end to end. That means planning applications and building regs, groundworks and foundations, structural openings and steelwork, all sorted so you don't have to think about it.
An extension is one of the bigger jobs you'll take on in a home, so we try to keep it simple from day one. You'll get a clear plan, a realistic timeline, and one person to call rather than five different trades to chase up yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need planning permission for an extension?
A lot of single storey extensions fall under permitted development and skip full planning permission, but it really depends on your property and area. We'll check this properly before anything starts.
How long does a single-storey extension take?
Around 8 to 14 weeks once work actually begins, depending on the size of the job and how much groundwork's involved. You'll get a realistic timeline as part of the quote, not just a guess.
Can you help with the design as well as the build?
Yes. We'll talk through layout and options with you directly, and for bigger projects we can work alongside an architect too, either one you already have or one we can point you towards.
Do you manage building control sign-off?
Yes, that's on us. We coordinate the inspections at each stage and make sure everything's properly signed off at the end.
