How quickly can you get to a leak?
If it's urgent, we try to get out within a day or two of your call. Just tell us it's urgent when you get in touch and we'll move it up the list.
Do you work on flat roofs as well as pitched?
Yes, both. Flat roofs and pitched roofs run into different problems, so we always inspect first before suggesting a repair or a full replacement.
Do I need scaffolding for a roof repair?
That depends on the height of the roof and what access we need. We'll tell you upfront if scaffolding or tower access is needed and it'll be included in the quote.
Are you insured for roofing work?
Yes, we're fully insured. Happy to send over proof if your insurer or mortgage lender asks for it.
